Nomination Process
Nominations for Canada's Top 40 Under 40™ program are solicited through a national campaign. People are invited to submit names of individuals whose achievements meet the five selection criteria for nomination: Vision and Leadership; Innovation and Achievement; Impact; Growth/Development Strategy; and Community Involvement and Contribution.
Nominees must be under 40 years of age as of December 31 2008 and must be of Canadian citizenship or landed immigrant status. Amateur or professional athletes, artists, musicians and publicly elected government officials are not eligible for this award.
Complete the form below if you would like to nominate someone or are interested in becoming a nominee. In response, the person you nominate will be sent a nomination kit to fill out. The completed kit will be assessed by our Selection Committee
Please note:
- nomination kits will be sent directly to the nominee after the official launch of this year's program in September 2008
- nomination kits are designed to be completed by the nominees themselves
- it is our policy to keep the name of the nominator confidential
