Nomination ProcessNominations for Canada's Top 40 Under 40™ program are solicited through a national campaign. People are invited to submit names of individuals whose achievements will be measured by our Selection Committee with the five criteria for nomination: Vision and Leadership; Innovation and Achievement; Impact; Growth/Development Strategy; and Community Involvement and Contribution.
Nominees must be under 40 years of age as of December 31 2009 and must be of Canadian citizenship or landed immigrant status. Amateur or professional athletes, artists, musicians and publicly elected government officials are not eligible for this award.

In response, the person you nominate will be contacted by us directly with a Nominee Kit and asked to complete material in order to be considered. This completed material will be assessed by our Selection Committee
Please note:
- nominee kits will be sent directly to the nominee after the official launch of this year's program in October 2009
- nominee kits are designed to be completed by the nominees themselves
- it is our policy to keep the name of the nominator confidential
